Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy Kel Trading Academy (the "Academy"). By completing checkout you agree to them, together with the refund policy, privacy policy and risk disclaimer.

The short version

• You pay $59.99 once, plus any tax shown at checkout. There is no subscription.
• You get instant access to a library of written trading guides on Notion. It doesn't include coaching, live sessions, trade signals or a community.
• All sales are final once your access is delivered. The refund policy lists the few exceptions.
• The charge appears on your card statement as FLORETTA.
• Your access is for you alone, and the guides are education, not financial advice.

Who you're buying from

The Academy is sold by Floretta LLC, based in New York, NY, USA ("we" or "us"). You can reach us at floretta.studio@icloud.com.

What you get

A one-time payment gives you access to the Academy: a library of written trading guides hosted on Notion, including guides we add later. It is written material only: it doesn't include coaching, one-on-one help, live sessions, trade signals or a community. Access lasts for as long as we run the Academy. If we ever close it, we'll email buyers at least 30 days before access ends.

We may update, reorganize or retire guides to keep them accurate and useful.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to buy the Academy.

Payment and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where it applies. The charge appears on your card statement as FLORETTA. We never receive or store your full card number.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. After payment, Stripe sends you to your access page, which opens the Academy, and emails your receipt. Your purchase is delivered once that page shows the button to open the Academy. Bookmark the page: it's how you get back in. If you can't get in, email us from the address you used at checkout. We aim to reply within two business days.

Your license

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the Academy for your own education. You may not:

• share your access page or the Academy link with anyone else;
• copy, resell, republish, record or distribute the guides, in whole or in part;
• use automated tools to scrape or download the Academy.

If we see the Academy being shared, we may switch off the shared access page and change the Academy's link.

All sales are final

The Academy is digital content that you can read in full as soon as you pay, so we don't offer refunds or exchanges once your access has been delivered. We will refund you if you were charged twice or in error, if you paid but can't access the Academy and we can't fix it, or where the law requires it. See the refund policy.

If you're in the EU or UK: by completing checkout, you ask us to give you access immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase once access begins.

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'll help faster, and it avoids fees for both of us. If you dispute a charge for a purchase we delivered, we'll give Stripe and your card issuer the record of your purchase, your agreement to these terms and the delivery of your access. A refund or a chargeback ends your access.

Education, not advice

The Academy is general education. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer, and buying the Academy does not create an advisory relationship. Every trading decision you make, and its result, is yours. Other services

The Academy is hosted on Notion and paid for through Stripe, and guides may mention brokers and other tools. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Ownership

We own the Academy and all of its content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

No warranty

The Academy is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it is complete, current or error-free, or that it will lead to any particular result.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Academy. Our total liability for any claim about the Academy is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be handled in the courts located there. This doesn't remove any consumer rights you have under the laws where you live that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought the Academy applies to that purchase, and the date at the top shows when these terms last changed.
