Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Kel Trading Academy collects, why, and the choices you have. The Academy is run by Floretta LLC ("we" or "us").

What we collect

• When you buy. Stripe, our payment processor, collects your name, email, billing details and payment method. We receive your name, email, billing country or address and the details of your purchase. We never see your full card number.
• When you email us. Your email address and whatever you choose to write.
• When you visit the site. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
• When you open the Academy. The Academy is hosted on Notion, which processes your visit under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses your browser's session storage for one thing: remembering that you've already seen the opening animation during a visit.

How we use it

To deliver the Academy, send receipts, answer support requests, process refunds, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations. We don't sell or rent your information, and we won't send you marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.

For visitors in the EU and UK, our legal bases are performing our contract with you (delivering the Academy, support and refunds), legal obligation (tax and accounting records) and our legitimate interests (site security and fraud prevention).

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the Academy (Stripe, Vercel, Notion and our email provider), and anyone we're legally required to share it with. These providers are based in the United States. Where EU or UK law requires it, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to seven years. We delete support emails once they're no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing floretta.studio@icloud.com. Depending on where you live, such as California, the EU or the UK, you may have further rights, and we'll honor them. In the EU and UK these include asking us to restrict processing, receiving a portable copy of your data and complaining to your local data protection authority. We reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records to meet legal obligations.

Children

The Academy is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
